Open the Pujas or Tarpans section, choose a service, and select your preferred temple. Click Book Now, sign in if required, complete the devotee details, choose a date and time slot, review the estimated amount, and proceed to payment.

For most bookings, provide the devotee name, preferred date, and time slot. Depending on the service, you may also be asked for gotra, nakshatra, rashi, date of birth, address, and special instructions. For tarpan bookings, details of the departed person may be required.

Yes. Enter the devotee’s name and ritual details in the booking form. The booking will remain linked to your eAradhana account, while the ritual details can be for another devotee.

For eligible puja bookings, available chadhava offerings for the selected temple appear on the booking page. Select the items you want, adjust the quantity if needed, and the estimated total will update automatically.

After successful payment, your booking is confirmed and saved to your eAradhana account. You can view its status, service details, schedule, devotee information, and payment progress under Booking History.

Go to Booking History and select View details beside the booking. The booking details page shows the current booking status, payment status, recording status, schedule, and service information.

Booking and payment updates are shown in your Booking History. Depending on the service and notification settings, you may also receive updates by email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Recording status shows whether a ritual recording is required, pending, uploaded, delivered, or not applicable. If a recording is part of your service, it will be delivered after the ritual is completed and verified.

Cancellation and rescheduling depend on the service, temple schedule, and how close the booking date is. Contact support with your booking ID as early as possible, and our team will guide you through the available options.

After you review your booking details and proceed to payment. Your booking is confirmed only after the payment is successfully completed.

Do not create another booking immediately. Wait for a few minutes and check Booking History. If the booking is not visible or the amount has not been refunded, contact support with your booking ID, payment reference, and transaction details.

Signing in allows eAradhana to securely save your booking, prefill available devotee details, show your booking history, and send you service updates.

Go to your profile and update your name, date of birth, gotra, nakshatra, rashi, address, and other available details. You can also edit these details during the booking process.

Share your booking ID, registered email or mobile number, service name, booking date, and a short description of the issue. For payment issues, also include the payment reference or transaction details.
